Viewers saw just a piece of the apparent altercation between Monique and Candiace.
According to People, late last year the two accused one another of second-degree assault following the incident.
They filed complaints with the District Court of Montgomery County, but eventually the Office of the State’s Attorney dismissed charges against them both.

In a promo scene following the brawl, Karen said to some of the ladies of the altercation: “I never thought as black women we would be right here, but we are.
“It’s not something you can brush under the rug, but you’ve got to address this!”
Gizelle added of Monique's involvement: “We’ve been able to hold ourselves above the stereotype, and in 5 minutes, she took it away.
“I by no means want to be near you.”
Monique responded crying: “Then maybe I don’t need to be a part of this anymore.”
