Katie Price stocks up on the essentials as she heads to the supermarket during the COVID-19 lockdown

She’s joined most of the United Kingdom in lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic.

But Katie Price still ensured that she stocked up on the essentials as she headed to the supermarket on Thursday.

The TV personality, 41, displayed her incredible figure in a navy blue velour tracksuit as she wheeled a trolley of Marks and Spencer shopping, but appeared to flout social distancing rules by getting a passer-by to assist with loading her car.

No stranger to a bold fashion statement, Katie displayed her amazing figure in the tight navy blue hooded top and matching tracksuit bottoms.

The mother-of-five teamed the look with relaxed white trainers and reflective sunglasses as she wheeled the bags of shopping to her car.

Appearing to dodge the queues that have surrounded supermarkets around the country, Katie was solo as she wheeled her trolley back to the car.

Despite recent government rules that members of the public maintain a social distance of at least two metres, Katie seemed to flout this rule as she loaded her shopping.

The star accepted the help of a male passer-by to load her bags into the boot of her car, before driving home with her purchases.

On Monday Prime Minister Boris Johnson ordered that all members of the public should self-isolate and avoid visiting friends or family that do not live in their household.

The government also confirmed that residents may only leave their homes for essential food shopping or exercise, and all must maintain a social distance of at least two metres.

Katie’s outing came just hours after she sent her love to ex-husband Peter Andre and his family, after he appeared on Good Morning Britain to speak about homeschooling his children during the lockdown.

The former glamour model posted a comment under a clip of the interview which Peter posted on Instagram.

Sources have claimed that Katie no longer cares about being sued by Peter or any of her other past loves because she doesn’t have any money left to give them. 

In a radio interview she teased: ‘It will be explosive. They’re going to be named and shamed, I’m going to put people in their place- the Pricey is back and she is on fire.’

It also comes after Katie’s son Junior, 14, also revealed that he is showing symptoms of the coronavirus.

He took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday and said that while he has not been diagnosed, he was making sure he was staying safe.
