The singer thinks that unless she changes her viewpoint, there will be this nagging feeling in her that will always ask: "Why didn’t I f***ing appreciate myself?"

Jesy was thrust into the public spotlight when Little Mix was formed on 2011's The X Factor.

Along with Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards, the band had become one of the biggest girl bands of all time, selling more than 50 million records and topping the singles charts with four releases.

Jesy documented her life struggles in an acclaimed BBC documentary last year, in which she revealed that online bullies almost drove her to suicide.

This left her finding it hard to 'love herself' and she said: "t’s so f***ing hard.

“I will never, ever sit here and say, ‘Oh my God, I’m so confident now, I love myself’, because I don’t.

“It’s just something that I’m working on and I’m accepting myself for who I am."

Jesy believes it will be a slow process but thinks she is getting to a point of "accepting it for what it is" and she is now finding that she can "get over certain things that I couldn’t before.”
