Meghan reportedly will not be paid for this role
Meghan recorded the voiceover shortly before she jetted off to Canada to spend Christmas with Harry and baby Archie, seven months.
The film follows an elephant family's "extraordinary 1,000 mile journey across Africa on an adventure that will change their lives."
The exciting new role is Meghan's first performance since she gave up her acting career to marry Prince Harry and join the Royal Family.

A trailer has been released, but it doesn't include any of Meghan's narration.
The Disneynature channel made the announcement on Twitter, writing: "Disneynature’s Elephant, an Original Movie narrated by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, starts streaming April 3, only on #DisneyPlus."
This week is Meghan and Harry's last as members of the Royal Family, with Megxit in the diary for March 31.
News of her first non-royal job emerged this afternoon via Twitter
From April 1, the couple will officially start their new lives out of the royal spotlight.
They returned to the UK earlier this month for a farewell tour, and their final engagement was the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey.
They have already moved to Canada, where they are reportedly self-isolating due coronavirus Covid-19.
There is nothing to suggest any of the Sussex family is unwell.

As part of their decision to step down from their roles as working royals, Meghan and Harry said they hoped to become "financially independent".
This means they will be free to earn their own money through business ventures, however the Queen has banned them from using the word 'royal' in their branding.
This means they will have to rebrand their website and popular Instagram page in the coming days.
