Chrissy Teigen is ready to settle petty disputes in trailer for upcoming Quibi show Chrissy’s Court

Chrissy Teigen channeled her inner Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and rocked some fashionable judges collars in an all new trailer for her new court show on Thursday.

The 34-year-old model’s new Quibi show, Chrissy’s Court, will put her behind the bench to hilariously settle petty disputes in 10 minute-long streaming episodes.

Previously, Teigen called the show her ‘dream come true’ and claimed it turned out ‘better than I could have ever, ever imagined’ since wrapping production in October.

The trailer sees the best-selling cookbook author don a variety of fun hairstyles and statement collars as she rocks some black judges robes on the set of her court TV show. 

Chrissy enlisted her mother Vilailuck ‘Pepper Thai’ Teigen to serve bailiff duties on the show and she kicks off the clip with: ‘All rise.’

Pepper can’t seem to remember the rest of her line and her daughter shouts ‘for the honorable Judge Chrissy Teigen’ from behind the closed door of her ‘chambers,’ to laughs from the audience.

In another preview video released earlier this week, Teigen gave personal injury lawyers a run for their money with a hysterical impression.

‘Have you been injured on the job, even if it was your own fault,’ she asks to the camera. ‘Did your roommate steal your clothes and try to sell them back to you? Did your ex borrow your phone and return it with a cracked screen? [eats chips]’

‘You may be entitled to a cash settlement,’ Teigen states.

On Tuesday this week the television host took a break from self-quarantine to visit the billboard promoting her new show, which she joked ‘no one will see’ due to the coronavirus.

The mother of two quipped: ‘LOL when [you] spend money on billboards no one will see @quibi high five!’

Chrissy’s billboard is located directly above the BIBIBOP Asian Grill on Sunset Boulevard near Vine Street in Hollywood. 

Episodes of Chrissy’s Court will premiere on April 6 – the same day Jeffrey Katzenberg’s new streaming-video platform Quibi offically launches.
